You will partner with plant leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while leading HR processes and reporting on workforce data. You’ll advise leaders on performance management, workforce planning, and employee development, and drive recruiting for hourly and technical roles to build strong talent pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce development.
• Manufacturing HR experience required.

• Partner with plant leaders to drive talent, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead HR processes including employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, compliance activities, and policy administration.
• Lead recruiting efforts for hourly and technical roles, building strong talent pipelines.
• Coach leaders on performance management and workforce planning.
• Analyze workforce and organizational data to identify trends and opportunities.
