This hybrid role partners with Operations leadership, HR Centers of Excellence, and the corporate team to translate business strategy into workforce, talent, and organization plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR and leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading HR professionals across multiple locations.
• Experience in union and non-union environments, including contract administration and grievance resolution.
• Experience using HR technology, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to drive decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to plant leadership; translate operations priorities into people and organization plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop 7–12 Plant HR Managers and Associate HR Managers across multiple sites.
• Apply organizational design, workforce planning, and change leadership tied to automation and network evolution.
• Equip plant leaders to communicate change and drive adoption; lead complex enterprise projects from strategy to execution.
• Use workforce analytics to monitor organizational health and recommend action.
