Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders.
• Lead talent strategies, workforce planning, and organisational design initiatives.
• Provide leadership coaching and change management expertise.
• Deliver data-driven insights and HR analytics to influence decisions.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to provide integrated talent solutions.
