Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and build the HR function for a fast-growing manufacturing organisation. This onsite role in Buford, GA covers recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR experience, be hands-on, and capable of scaling HR processes while partnering with leadership to drive engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience leading HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance across multi-state operations.
• Experience administering payroll and employee benefits.
• Proven ability to build scalable HR processes in growing companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for production, sales and corporate roles.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, culture and engagement.
• Coordinate compensation planning, benefits enrollment and payroll processes.
• Oversee HR operations, records, policies and HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
