Responsibilities

• Be the HR representative for the site and manage interviews, onboarding and offboarding, safety audits, etc.
• Support and facilitate training activities within the facility
• Maintain HR documentation and coordinate with corporate
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting
• Perform onboarding and exit interviews for new hires
• Promote safe work practices and conduct safety inspections
• Manage facility tours and safety inspections
• Investigate workplace accidents and process workers' compensation claims
• Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP

COMPENSATION: 90k to 100k

MUST HAVE:5+ years experience working in a Manufacturing environment

MUST HAVE: An Associates or Bachelors degree

MUST HAVE: Payroll and benefits processing experience

MUST HAVE: Solid Excel experience (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the point of contact and Human Resources representative for the site for interviews, employee onboarding - off boarding, safety audits, etc
• Support and facilitate training activities within the facility
• Maintain pertinent HR documentation and coordinate with corporate
• Coordinates interviews
• Adhere to and identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the fascility
• Perform onboarding for new hires and exit interviews
• Practices safe work practices
• Performs facility tours and safety inspections
• Investigate and document workplace accidents and process workers compensation claims
• Strong Microsoft Office Proficiency including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Reporting Capability

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years experience working in a Manufacturing environment
