Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business administration, human resources or related field.
• 7 years related human resources experience.
• Capable of walking 30% of the time on the shop floor.
• Deep knowledge of HR KPIs such as turnover rate, absenteeism, labor cost, headcount, etc.
• Working knowledge of government regulations (FMLA, ADA, WC, EOE, COBRA, EEOC).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations at all plant locations.
• Provide guidance to Plant HR staff to maintain compliant environments.
• Investigate discrimination or harassment and recommend corrective action.
• Manage recruitment and selection process.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations; address grievances.
