The role emphasizes teamwork, process improvement, and effective communication within a union-free environment. Bachelor's in HR required; Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR or related field is required.
• PHR certification is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary HR contact for hourly employees.
• Assists HR Manager with recruiting activities; salary/hr.
• Counsels on policy, benefits, salary administration, training.
• Monitors local/state regulatory compliance activities.
• Maintains accurate employee files and attendance records.
• Contributes to SQDC target plans and improvement projects.
