You will drive engagement, performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness on the production floor, spending at least 30% of time there, and shaping culture across the site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Progressive HR experience supporting manufacturing, operations, healthcare, logistics, distribution, or other high-volume work environments.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently while building strong partnerships across the organization.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership while leading all aspects of Human Resources for the site.
• Lead team member relations, coaching leaders through challenges while fostering a positive culture.
• Be the local expert on employment law, policy interpretation, compliance, and workplace investigations.
• Drive talent initiatives including onboarding, development planning, succession discussions, and leadership development.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead HR projects that strengthen the team member experience.
• Use data and sound judgment to influence business decisions and HR programs.
