You’ll oversee daily HR activities, support onboarding, payroll liaison, benefits, attendance, and employee relations while partnering with supervisors to align with policy.

Qualifications

• HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to take ownership of the HR department.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience partnering with supervisors and leadership on HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR activities and serve as a resource for employees and supervisors.
• Monitor attendance, address call-ins and attendance concerns, and maintain tracking.
• Partner with supervisors to address employee issues and maintain open communication.
• Collaborate with payroll and accounting on employee-related processes.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and other core HR functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
