Richgroupusa in Wichita, KS is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our people strategy in a manufacturing setting. You will be the go-to resource for employees and leadership, own HR processes, and help shape the business by driving practical solutions.

You’ll oversee daily HR activities, support onboarding, payroll liaison, benefits, attendance, and employee relations while partnering with supervisors to align with policy.
