• Work closely with payroll and accounting on employee-related processes.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and other core HR functions.
• Participate in morning meetings and stay connected to daily operational needs.
• Help ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable requirements.
• Support employees and leadership with questions, concerns, and HR-related needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
• Take ownership of the HR function and help shape the role as the needs of the business evolve.
