Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Manufacturing Manager in Wichita, KS to lead plant operations, manage budgets, and drive Lean initiatives. You will oversee staffing, equipment, and processes to deliver quality products on schedule and within budget targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of direct manufacturing experience, and 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. The salary ranges from USD 106,725 to 142,300 plus bonus, with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of direct manufacturing experience.
• Three or more years of direct supervisory and/or management experience within a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and deploy resources to support the needs of the business.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to direct reports and foster a teamwork environment.
• Understand long-term vision and provide direction to support World Class Manufacturing objectives.
• Use value stream maps to identify bottlenecks and apply lean tools to meet production objectives.
• Oversee manufacturing area to ensure targets, quality standards, and budget targets are met.
• Manage department budget and related costs.
• Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing and/or other operations.
• Follow lean manufacturing tools and drive continuous improvement in welding, painting, and/or assembly.
• Coach, lead, and mentor employees to foster collaboration and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
