Imperial seeks an organized, people-focused HR Manager to support employee relations, onboarding, training logistics, and day-to-day HR administration across our manufacturing operations.

The role includes supporting production hiring, coordinating new hire and employee events, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly across the business. 4+ years in HR roles and strong knowledge of HR law are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in manufacturing or related environment.
• 4+ years in employee relations and high accountability environments.
• Ability to travel to other plant locations as needed.
• Prior factory supervision is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of HR Law, Compliance, and related practices.
• People management experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate uncertain situations.
• Experience with UKG, HRIS platforms, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels and supporting a positive employee experience.
• Strong communications skills, professionalism, and discretion with confidential information.
• Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting coordination, training events, or employee programs is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to HR needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all employee relations activities by handling employee questions, policy communication, documentation, and HR follow-up.
• Set up and manage accountability and disciplinary processes, educate supervisors, and ensure consistency across all companies.
• Organize employee meetings, engagement activities, town halls, and various HR programs.
• Assist with event setup and coordination, including room prep, materials, food, and supplies.
• Create new procedures and documentation, train HR partners as needed.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to screen and interview production candidates.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Use UKG to set up and monitor attendance and reporting.
• Help ensure HR processes are timely, organized, and employee-friendly.
