Imperial is seeking an organized, people-focused HR Manager to support our Human Resources team across employee relations, recruiting coordination, onboarding, training logistics, and day-to-day HR administration. This role will partner with supervisors and production leaders to ensure compliant, timely HR services and a positive employee experience at our Bourbon, Missouri site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• 4+ years in employee relations and high accountability environments.
• Ability to travel to other plant locations as needed.
• Experience with UKG, HRIS platforms, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all employee relations activities including policy communication and documentation.
• Set up and manage accountability and disciplinary processes; educate supervisors.
• Organize employee meetings, engagement activities, town halls, and events.
• Assist with event setup and coordination, including materials and catering.
• Create procedures and train HR partners as needed.
• Screen and interview production candidates with hiring leaders.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Use UKG to set up and monitor attendance and reporting.
• Ensure HR processes are completed in a timely, organized, and employee-friendly manner.
