Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related Business field is required.
• Manufacturing HR experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional HR generalist experience.
• SHRM SPC or PC certification or HR related credential is preferred.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience leading multiple projects across locations.
• Thorough knowledge of State and Federal regulations applicable to HR.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance in all departments and publish SOPs.
• Support HR functions including recruitment, staffing, compensation, and benefits.
• Analyze jobs and benchmark market trends; adjust organizational structure as needed.
• Administer benefits programs and ensure timely regulatory filings.
• Deliver training to client groups and internal staff.
• Lead incentives programs to drive high performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
• Utilize HRIS and MS Office tools to manage data and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to evolve talent acquisition and staffing.
• Support outside partners on legal matters and maintain records.
