We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead human resources activities at a single-site operation in Massachusetts. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence culture, coach leaders, support a unionized workforce, and drive key HR initiatives while operating as the site's dedicated HR professional.

Description
- Lead employee and labor relations activities, including investigations, policy guidance, union partnerships, and support for labor initiatives.
- Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, accountability, and leadership best practices.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, communications, and culture-building initiatives.
- Administer core HR processes including attendance, leave management, compliance, timekeeping oversight, and payroll coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruiting, workforce planning, and talent acquisition efforts.
Profile
- Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite five days per week.
- Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience.
- Experience supporting unionized workforces.
- Exposure to labor relations or collective bargaining environments.
- Ability to work independently in a standalone HR role.
- Strong organizational skills and execution capability.
- Confidence operating as the sole HR leader on-site.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with employees, managers, and union stakeholders.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- A hands-on, visible approach to supporting operations.
