This part-time position (20–30 hours per week) serves as the primary people operations contact, blending administrative precision with a hands-on presence on the shop floor to foster accountability, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of employment law and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Paychex) and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with leadership and shop floor.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for production and admin roles.
• Maintain OSHA logs and coordinate safety trainings.
• Benefits administration and workers' compensation coordination.
• Employee relations, investigations, and performance coaching.
• Policy updates to employee handbook and compliance postings.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and data security.
• Other duties as assigned.
