Job summary

Hendrickson in Lebanon, Indiana is seeking a senior Human Resources leader to oversee all HR functions at the plant, driving employee relations, safety, recruitment, and development. The role requires 5–7 years of manufacturing HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and SHRM certification is preferred; a master’s degree is a plus.

You will work with plant management to set goals and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining ISO HR procedures and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, industrial/organizational psychology, or organizational development.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial relations activities including work rules, safety programs, attendance, and discipline.
• Promote a participative environment and pro-active union avoidance program in Lebanon.
• Recruit and coordinate recruiting for all hourly and salaried positions.
• Develop and implement health, safety, and workers compensation programs.
• Administer fringe and benefit programs for hourly and salaried associates.
• Develop ISO HR procedures as required.
