Dizario Search is conducting a search for a Human Resource Manager for a well-established manufacturing organization near Millersburg, OR. The role focuses on employee engagement, retention, leadership development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

The position reports to site leadership and leads recruiting, employee relations, and HR programs to drive operational excellence in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and retention.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop an HR team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and operational priorities.
• Lead recruiting, retention, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
• Advise supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance management, and employment practices.
• Lead and develop the site HR team while supporting leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and oversee HR processes.
• Monitor workforce metrics and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
