Job summary

Twin Disc is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our manufacturing facility. You will drive staffing, onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning while partnering with plant leadership on productivity and compliance.

A safety‑first culture and collaboration with hourly and salaried teams are essential. Responsibilities include advancing labor planning, employee engagement, and day‑to‑day HR activities to support production goals and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience supporting workplace safety programs and OSHA compliance in production settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle HR operations in a manufacturing plant, covering recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Partner with plant leadership on labor planning, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure HR practices align with production schedules and operational goals.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to support retention and a high‑performance shop-floor culture.
• Support safety, health, and environmental initiatives and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain HR records and provide workforce analytics for decision-making.
