Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in site lead HR role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coaching supervisors and managers on employee relations issues.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, EEO, ADA).

• Partner with leadership to implement HR processes and initiatives.
• Lead hourly recruitment and onboarding in a high-volume setting.
• Support attendance tracking, HRIS data, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR programs and safety culture.
