Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to partner with plant leadership at our Eden, NC site. This hands-on role focuses on recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, and regulatory compliance to build an efficient and inclusive workforce.

You will support day-to-day HR operations, lead staff development, manage HR systems, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in site lead HR role or equivalent in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; professional certification preferred.
• Experience with HR systems and regulatory compliance in a plant setting.
• Strong communication and data interpretation for business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations, coaching, and policy implementation.
• Manage full life cycle recruiting and onboarding in a manufacturing environment.
• Oversee performance reviews and annual pay planning processes.
• Administer HRIS, attendance tracking, and regulatory compliance.
