Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Hourly Staff Recruiter to source, attract, hire, and retain top talent for manufacturing roles. You will partner with manufacturing and HR leaders to proactively address hiring needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.

The role requires proactive, collaborative work with full cycle recruiting experience and a focus on promoting SPX as a great place to work. Travel to onsite job fairs may be involved.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for manufacturing roles using multiple methods.
• Post positions and review job boards/sites for potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate with HR, hiring managers, and candidates; manage interview scheduling and offers.
• Promote SPX’s employer brand and support diversity in hiring.
