Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Human Resource Manager to partner with the plant leadership, drive HR initiatives, and foster an engaged, high-performing workforce at our Eden, North Carolina facility.

The role focuses on recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for HR systems, attendance, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in site lead HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to drive HR processes and initiatives.
• Lead hourly recruiting and onboarding in high-volume environment.
• Manage attendance tracking and HR records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
• Support regulatory compliance (FMLA, OSHA, EEO, ADA) and policy updates.
