SPX Technologies is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR needs at their Missouri manufacturing site. This role requires a visible presence on the production floor, supporting employees with inquiries and coordinating HR processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or administrative roles and will work in a fast-paced environment. Significant focus will be on employee engagement, onboarding, and ensuring HR practices are followed consistently.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite HR support and maintain a visible presence.
• Assist with payroll inputs and attendance records.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
