Fathom in Rochester, NY is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to serve as the primary HR resource for our operations at two manufacturing locations. You will lead day-to-day HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, investigations, and policy administration, reporting to the CHRO.

You will partner with operations leaders, support compensation, benefits and enterprise programs, and drive workforce planning, onboarding, and engagement across the sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing/operational environment.
• Strong recruiting, employee relations and performance management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead hourly and salaried recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Partner with supervisors and managers on employee relations, attendance, performance, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct workplace investigations and support corrective actions and performance improvement plans.
• Provide practical, day-to-day HR guidance to employees and leaders.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, workers' compensation and employee records.
• Help integrate acquired sites through policy alignment and change management.
• Partner with Operations leadership on staffing, retention and workforce planning.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Track workforce metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
