• Sophomore or junior year with HR/Organizational Management/Psychology or related field coursework
• Strong time-management and communication skills in a professional setting

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with plant leadership and HR to attract, retain, and engage talent aligned with business strategy
• Support recruiting activities for technical and hourly roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
• Coordinate site operations activities (community relations, employee appreciation events, donations, visitor coordination)
• Identify and streamline manual HR processes to improve efficiency
• Lead or support projects and ensure timely completion within constraints
• Partner with diverse teams to meet business needs
