Job summary

PVS is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will work with hourly employees, supervisors, and managers to handle day-to-day operations, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits, and HR programs.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail, with occasional travel to PVS facilities and a valid driver's license. Knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting hourly employees and front-line supervisors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Occasional travel to PVS facilities and other locations; valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to hourly manufacturing employees across shifts and locations.
• Partner with employees, supervisors, and managers on day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits, and HR programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR transactions in the HRIS.
• Support audits and compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Assist HR leadership with projects to improve engagement and HR operations.
