Formación

• Experience in the Manufacturing industry is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proven recruiting and talent acquisition experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HR operations, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and policy administration.
• Manage FMLA and medical leave processes and respond to employee inquiries.
• Lead recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding and event representation.
• Help implement HR processes, HRIS, and drive culture improvements.
