Kumho Tire Georgia, located in Macon, GA, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to partner with employees and managers in a demanding 24/7 manufacturing setting. The role covers employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage policy interpretation, performance guidance, and HR process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years HR experience preferred; internship or admin experience considered.
• Basic knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and payroll support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees, supervisors, and managers regarding HR policies and best practices.
• Advise leadership on disciplinary actions and performance management per applicable agreements.
• Investigate employee relations matters and document findings with recommended resolutions.
• Monitor attendance, performance trends, and workforce metrics for improvement and engagement.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure policy and labor agreement compliance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
