Qualifications

• 2–3 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily HR support across all functions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Promote employee engagement through shop floor presence, meetings, and open communication.
• Administer and communicate company policies, procedures, and programs clearly and consistently.
• Support management with progressive disciplinary actions.
