Job summary

Quietflex Manufacturing, a member of Daikin Industries LTD., seeks an HR Generalist to support a defined area of the business, acting as liaison between management and HR. Responsibilities include recruiting, administering pay and benefits, leaves, and enforcing company policies.

The role covers staffing, employee relations, compensation, HR programs, audits for regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in HR processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and compliance; experience with FMLA, ADA, EEOC.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR in staffing, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits and HR services.
• Investigates employee relations issues and conducts timely investigations.
• Collaborates with senior HR to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and ensures accuracy per workflow guidelines.
• Analyzes data and trends to address HR issues and drive improvements.
• Supports field and talent acquisition teams in the recruiting process.
• Uses HRIS and L&D platforms to facilitate programs and reporting.
• Participates in training, orientation, and communications as requested.
