Daicel Safety Systems America, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations, employee programs, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting. You will partner with employees, supervisors and managers to provide HR support, maintain policies, and promote a positive workplace culture.

The role reports to the HR Manager and covers recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management (FMLA/COBRA), policy administration, training, and data

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR/Business.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in generalist roles.
• Experience in manufacturing or highly regulated industries is a plus.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or equivalent certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and maintain required records.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR issues and processes.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Administer benefits, leave programs (FMLA/COBRA), and employee relations.
• Prepare HR reports and support policy updates and training.
