Durex Industries, part of Chromalox's Electrical Thermal Solutions, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead talent acquisition for a manufacturing facility and provide day-to-day HR support. You will partner with operations to attract, hire, onboard, and retain a skilled workforce while ensuring compliance with employment practices and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or comparable years of experience.
• 5-10 years of HR generalist/HRBP experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing recruitment is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Strong judgment and handling of confidential information.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and ER practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, skilled trade, technical, and salaried manufacturing positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines through partnerships and events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring decisions.
• Manage screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive improvements in hiring effectiveness.
• Act as an HR business partner to manufacturing leaders and employees.
• Support employee relations, performance management and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support HR programs, training, engagement, and retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting.
