Manufacturing HR Generalist — Payroll, Training & EH&S

Job summary

TLD Wollard in Morgantown, WV seeks an HR Generalist to support an employee-oriented culture. You will validate payroll, handle employee questions, maintain HR records, and organize EH&S and other training activities.

The role partners with regional HR Managers and the Group HR Director to ensure consistent HR practices across the site. A 3+ year HR background and a bachelor's degree are required; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with payroll processing and HR records.
• Experience organizing and delivering EH&S trainings is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between employees and corporate office.
• Validate payroll from central office and assist employees with questions.
• Back-up to administrator in WIN when needed.
• Recruit for open positions with regional recruiter.
• Organize, schedule, and record training for factory and salaried staff.
• Deliver EH&S training programs.
• Coordinate office activities and supplies; assist visitors and events.
• Maintain HR records per policy and regulations.
• Communicate with regional HR Managers and HR Director.
• Adhere to ethical and business conduct rules.
