Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR-related questions, concerns, and requests.
• Coordinate hourly recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across NA sites.
• Maintain HR data accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems; generate reports and insights.
• Support employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and performance processes.
• Collaborate with site leaders to promote engagement, safety, and continuous improvement.
