Job summary

Quest Energy Group in Bowling Green, OH is seeking an HR Generalist to support a multi-shift manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, a degree in Business or HR preferred, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle HR within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Degree in Business or HR or related field preferred.
• Accounting knowledge and comp & benefits exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and training for hourly and salaried positions.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain employee records.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, rewards and recognition.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
