Job summary

Employnet Workforce Management's HR Generalist in New York supports employees and managers by delivering HR services across payroll, onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, and compliance to uphold a productive workplace culture.

This role partners with payroll, benefits, IT, and Shared Services to ensure accurate lifecycle transactions, maintain HRIS data, generate reports, and handle investigations and policy guidance in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or unionized environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and collective bargaining agreements.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Shared Services to process employee lifecycle transactions.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records; prepare workforce reports.
