Job summary

RS Utility Structures Inc is seeking an HR Generalist to support the employee lifecycle and HR operations across onboarding, changes, and compliance in a manufacturing environment.

You will manage HRIS processes, payroll updates, and benefits administration, while acting as a partner to employees and supervisors on HR policies and programs. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a Generalist role.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and works autonomously.
• Ability to evaluate situations thoughtfully and handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong organization and prioritization with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and HRIS implementation or optimization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation, pre-employment requirements, documentation, system updates and stakeholder communication.
• Process and coordinate employee changes; update HRIS, payroll, benefits, IT, and other systems.
• Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors on HR programs, policies, processes, and systems.
• Maintain accurate employee records with confidentiality and compliance.
• Assist with employee communications and day-to-day HR activities.
