You will assist with staffing, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, recordkeeping, and other HR processes to help plant operations run smoothly.

This onsite role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of HR experience, ideally in a large food-manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of Human Resources or related experience, preferably in a large food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience maintaining confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support for employees and supervisors at the Oakdale facility.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, status changes, benefits administration, and personnel records.
• Back up payroll-related transactions and support timekeeping; review timecards for discrepancies.
• Respond to questions about HR policies, programs, benefits, and employment matters.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, high-volume hiring, and new hire processing during peak periods.
• Maintain HR data, reports, and compliance documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
