Job summary

All Flex Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the primary on-site HR resource for Minnesota manufacturing facilities. You will support a multi-shift production environment, employee engagement, onboarding, safety, and payroll/timekeeping compliance.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making, relationship-building, and daily visibility on the production floor to drive culture and employee well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years of HR experience with demonstrated ability to operate independently.
• Manufacturing or multi-shift environment experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Minnesota labor laws or ability to quickly develop expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; Kronos/UKG experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills with high integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

The HR Generalist serves as the primary on-site HR resource for our Minnesota manufacturing facilities. This role supports a multi-shift production environment and plays a key part in employee engagement, culture building, talent onboarding, safety promotion, and payroll/timekeeping compliance. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, independent decision-making, and daily visibility on the production floor.

We're investing directly where it matters most- right on the floor. As our manufacturing operations grow, we're expanding our on-site HR presence to ensure every shift has a dedicated partner focused on engagement, safety, and team member well‑being. With more boots on the ground and more support in every plant, our HR Generalists will be closer to the work, closer to our people, and creating deeper, day-to-day impact across all of our manufacturing hubs

Employee Engagement & Culture Support

• Maintain a consistent, approachable presence on the production floor across assigned shifts.
• Build strong relationships with team members to support a positive, inclusive culture.
• Lead local employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives.

Timekeeping, Compliance & Payroll Support

• Support daily wage/hour compliance and respond to employee questions regarding timekeeping, schedules, and leave policies.
• Audit time-collection systems regularly and partner with supervisors to resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as the local liaison with HR Operations for payroll adjustments, tax updates, and deductions.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner to coordinate hiring needs for production roles.
• Support interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and hiring manager feedback collection.
• Facilitate on-site orientation, day-one onboarding, and proper documentation handling.
• Maintain accurate and secure digital employee and applicant records.

Safety & Well-Being

• Promote safe workplace behaviors and partner with corporate EHS on key safety initiatives.
• Encourage team member participation in safety programs and support site-level communication.

Requirements

Summary

Compensation & Benefits

Our good‑faith compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit‑sharing opportunities tied to performance.
