Job summary

GN Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Shakopee, MN to support onboarding, trainings, engagement & culture initiatives, and global HR programs. You will partner with managers on performance, employee relations, and compliance across shifts in a hybrid onsite setup.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong HRIS/ATS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and partnering across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on employee experience.
• Support training, engagement, and culture initiatives and global HR programs.
• Partner with managers on performance management and employee relations.
• Maintain job descriptions and assist with workforce planning.
• Act as system superuser for HR platforms, ensuring data integrity.
