Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation.
• Administer attendance tracking, LOA requests and FMLA paperwork.
• Support safety program administration and incident reporting.
• Help prepare HR metrics and reports for plant leadership.
• Serve as first point of contact for policies, benefits, and payroll.
• Support recruiting for hourly production and skilled trades roles, including screening and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
