Job summary

DuraPlas, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Senior HR Generalist to join a small HR team in Addison, TX. This on-site role covers recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, relations, and compliance, with opportunities to modernize processes through HRIS and ATS implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field required.
• 4+ years of HR generalist experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Knowledge of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and workers’ compensation.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; ATS proficiency required.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, internship programs and manager support.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain records for compensation changes and benefits.
• Administer benefits, COBRA, leave requests, FMLA, and workers’ compensation claims.
• Support open enrollment and wellness education initiatives.
• Assist with performance reviews, training, safety, regulatory reporting and system implementations.
