Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR generalist experience preferred; 1–3 years acceptable.
• Manufacturing or hourly workforce experience highly preferred.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, attendance, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers regarding policies and questions.
• Coach supervisors on employee relations, performance, attendance, corrective actions, and policy application.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing and onboarding activities.
• Maintain HR records, process changes, and ensure data integrity in HRIS.
• Support benefits, payroll-related inquiries, and leave administration.
