Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support for hourly production staff and front-line leaders in a 24/7 manufacturing setting. The role works closely with the HR Manager to ensure compliant HR practices across local operations.

Responsibilities include onboarding, employee relations, attendance, policy administration, and supporting recruiting for non-exempt production roles. Occasional early shifts and cross-shift coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources (or related field) required.
• 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Experience recruiting non-exempt and exempt roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to hourly production employees and front-line leaders in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Support onboarding, employee relations, attendance/timekeeping, policy administration and HR processes.
• Partner with HR Manager to ensure compliant HR support for local operations.
• Maintain HRIS data and prepare routine workforce reports.
• Assist recruitment for non-exempt production positions and coordinate interviews.
