Job summary

NEVEON Executive Committee seeks a Human Resources Generalist in Monroe, NC to provide day-to-day HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will partner with supervisors, support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee lifecycle activities while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

You’ll handle employee relations, policy compliance, and HR operations, with opportunities for process improvements and cross-training across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• 2–4 years HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Paylocity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, engagement, and performance management.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee programs.
• Maintain leave and accommodation programs (FMLA, ADA, WC, STD, LTD).
• Conduct workplace investigations and support conflict resolution.
• Maintain HR records, systems, and confidential documentation.
• Cross-train to provide backup and support voice with night shift overlap.
