ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support hourly and salaried staffing, benefits administration, and labor relations.

You will manage onboarding, performance processes, and records to ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies. The role involves collaborating with manufacturing leadership, recruiters, and safety teams to promote a positive workplace culture, safety programs, and timely communications across shifts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SHRM-CP, PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Performs routine tasks to administer and execute HR programs including hourly compensation, benefits, leaves, corrective actions, employee relations, disputes, investigations, and performance management.
• Handles employment inquiries from hourly employees, including complex matters.
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring for hourly and salaried roles.
• Maintains accurate personnel files and attendance records.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and recommended practices.
• Manages company communications and postings throughout the building.
• Oversees candidate-to-employee experience from job descriptions to onboarding through 90 days.
• Manages temp labor with agencies and department heads, including payroll approvals.
• Assists with cultural initiatives, wellness activities, and engagement opportunities.
• Supports a healthy and safe work environment by following regulations and reporting hazards.
