Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and company policies.
• Primary recruiter for all non-exempt level roles and pipeline development.
• Monitors FMLA and other leaves of absence.
• Maintains employee and applicant documentation as required by governing agencies.
• Manages and tracks employee disciplinary actions and attendance reports.
• Maintains employee personnel files and training records.
• Ensures I-9 compliance and conducts periodic audits.
• Coordinates performance evaluations and benefits enrollment processes.
• Maintains employee recognition programs.
