Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide daily HR support at the Wickliffe facility. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration and employee records management in compliance with all regulations.

The role focuses on talent management, employee relations, engagement and DEI initiatives, while maintaining HR systems and collaborating with payroll and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Knowledge of EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA and Workers' Compensation laws.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for hourly and salaried positions and track results.
• Maintain and file all hourly and salaried employee records; communicate with payroll and management.
• Keep ADP and Workday up to date; manage timecard and badge systems.
• Administer onboarding, orientation, benefits administration, and record keeping.
• Foster employee engagement, DEI programs and positive employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; support investigations as needed.
